Cercle des Leaders: first cohort, first week

David Gobeille-Kaufman, Mangrove co-founder

In the first article, we discussed the genesis of the Cercle des Leaders and the thought process behind the programming. Now, we will look back together on the course of the first week.

The program of the Cercle des Leaders does not promote a particular method, but rather invites participants to openness, curiosity and discovery. It is to inspire and equip ourselves to show kindness to ourselves, our teams and our families.

In order to define the topics to be adopted, we shared a survey with Numana members. We wanted to find out about the main challenges they faced at home and at work, as well as the themes they would like to explore in leadership and global health.

The most popular responses were:

  • Work-Family Life Balance

  • Teleworking

For this first cohort developed in prototyping mode, we invited 9 experts and entrepreneurs with bold and original visions, to meet our leaders and invited them to explore. The workshops are like the expert. e or the contractor. e guest, and the facilitation team are only there to keep the discussion going and to ensure the link between the workshops.

The participants began their journey with a psychometric test that led to feedback by the integral coach Julie Nadon. This exercise allowed them to define their goals, put into words their personal expectations about the program in addition to setting up teams of two to foster co-development and the spirit of collaboration between participants throughout the program.

I am very curious to hear your comments on our approach. This initiative is a collective project, and we would be pleased to share our learnings with you.
