She will be speaking on how we all can play a part in making our business communities and organizations more diverse and inclusive.

In September 2020, the Ensemble Inc. collective rallied several business personalities to co-sign an open letter in which they all questioned the status quo and committed to concrete actions in their businesses. Such as reaching specific parity rates, offering training to their employees or changing the way they recruit. Each signatory asked someone in their LinkedIn network to commit to an action and to ask someone else to commit. Today, more than a dozen individuals from all levels and industries have joined the movement Ensemble Inc. across the province and committed to concrete actions in their network or their workplace.

"I was always a people connector, and I wish to use my network to be the change I want to see in our business communities”, said Gwenaelle, Ensemble Inc. instigator.

Currently, Gwenaelle is working toward growing and strengthening the movement in the province, and across frontiers.
